Come grow with us.

The people of Vote Rev make up an interdisciplinary team of experts. Our staff have worked at incredible places: campaigns such as the Biden-Harris campaign, the Obama-Biden campaign, Hillary for America, Kamala Harris for the People, Ayanna Pressley for Congress, and Ed Markey for U.S. Senate; corporations such as Google, Uber, and Bain & Company; behavioral science organizations such as ideas42 and the Behavioural Insights Team; government offices such as the Obama White House, AmeriCorps, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture; nonprofits such as MDRC and the ACLU; and political organizations such as Swing Left, the Democratic National Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

All we’re missing? You.

Our core values guide our work

  • Cultivate people

We cultivate and invest in our most precious resource: our people. Without our team, our mission would be impossible, and a lot less fun to pursue.

  • Yoda, we are

We seek to provide innovations—and the resources necessary to implement them—to our partners, who are the true heroes of this work.

  • Cross-pollinate

We build smart, elegant innovations by creating through-lines across disciplines. Our innovations improve with each implementation, as we learn from and share out our partners’ insights.

  • Pursue equity

We drive toward a more equitable society that dismantles systems of oppression and white supremacy. We strive to create inclusive spaces and processes that honor diverse experiences.

  • Problem-oriented, solution-agnostic

We tackle problems that seem insurmountable. We question ourselves and revisit our hypotheses until we find—and improve upon—the right solution.

Why you’ll love working at Vote Rev PAC

  • Mission-oriented. We believe that an innovative progressive movement will build a more equitable and just society.

  • Opportunity to build a startup. Our team is small but mighty  — which creates space for people to work across multiple departments and learn as we grow!

  • Blend behavioral science and voter engagement expertise. Our research team works hand-in-hand with our programmatic team to design, evaluate, and quickly mainstream innovations that address the most critical challenges facing the progressive movement.

  • Competitive compensation. Vote Rev offers salaries that are competitive with leading organizations in the social sector space.

  • Paid time off. Each employee accrues 1.5 days of PTO each month (up to 18 days). All federal holidays — and the days from December 24 through January 1 — are company holidays. You also get your birthday off without needing to use PTO.

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits. Choose from a variety of fully employer-subsidized vision, dental, and medical HMO or PPO plans. We also offer partially subsidized coverage for spouses and dependents. In addition, we offer generous paid family medical/parental leave.

  • Retirement benefits. After three months of service, Vote Rev automatically contributes 6% of your base salary to your retirement account—no employee match required.

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

At Vote Rev, we recognize that we are only able to do our work because we benefit from the struggles, activism, and radical triumphs of those who came before us. As an organization with access and proximity to power and white privilege, we are committed to pursuing racial and social equity for those who face racism, anti-Blackness, ableism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, living under multiple axes of oppression, and other threats to justice.

This work is enduring. We embody our commitment to its pursuit by dedicating our efforts to designing voter engagement innovations toward the equity and inclusion of organizations, candidates, and communities that are historically and presently disenfranchised within American democracy.

Our work is only as strong as our connections to the communities that we serve. We believe that members of those communities—BIPOC, LGBTQI+ and disabled people, and those from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds—are the most critical change makers in building an innovative progressive movement. Through equitable and community-partnered research, and partnerships with organizations supporting diverse communities that are dispossessed of power in our democracy.
